O’Sullivan McCormack Jensen & Bliss partner Michael McCormack presented a continuing legal education seminar for the Hartford County Bar Association on representing clients in response to a reservation of rights letter issued by insurance companies. Michael was a co-speaker on the topic of why insurance companies issue reservation of rights letters when there is a question as to coverage under an insurance policy and how insurance policyholders may respond to a reservation of rights letter.
