Attorney Michael McCormack spoke at the Connecticut Bar Association Litigation Retreat in Chatham, Massachusetts on insurance issues for litigators. Michael’s presentation addressed various types of claims that arise in lawsuits which may or may not be covered under various types of insurance policies, including personal liability, commercial general liability, professional liability, and director and officer insurance policies. William O’Sullivan also attended and spoke briefly at the retreat as Chair of the Litigation Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
