Attorney Michael McCormack spoke at an insurance law presentation sponsored by the Connecticut Bar Association Insurance Law Section at the Connecticut Legal Conference in Hartford, Connecticut. Michael and the other panelist addressed issues insurance policy conditions in various types of insurance policy and the risks associated with not complying with insurance policy conditions when seeking coverage for insurance claims under various types of insurance policies.
