Eric P. Anderson is an associate at the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Eric practiced at Barry & Spinella, LLC, in Manchester, where he primarily focused on appellate work and legal ethics. He has successfully represented attorneys in reinstatement and grievance proceedings, and he has co-authored briefs and reply briefs at the appellate level on a wide range of complex legal issues.
Eric also has experience at all stages of civil litigation. He has successfully written and argued dispositive motions in matters involving employment, appeals from probate and breach of contract. Additionally, Eric has experience representing clients in criminal matters in courts across Connecticut.
Outside of the firm, Eric is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and Hartford County Bar Association. Apart from his professional activities, Eric plays baseball in both the Greater Hartford Twilight League and the Connecticut Adult Baseball League, and enjoys running, hiking, swimming, and spending time with his family.
