Her practice areas include Labor & Employment, Business Litigation, Product Liability, Insurance Coverage and Administrative Proceedings. Amy was named a “Woman to Watch” by the Connecticut Women’s Education and Legal Fund and has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star multiple times.

O’Sullivan McCormack Jensen & Bliss partner Michael McCormack presented a continuing legal education seminar for the Hartford County Bar Association on representing clients in response to a reservation of rights letter issued by insurance companies. Michael was a co-speaker on the topic of why insurance companies issue reservation of rights letters when there is a question as to coverage under an insurance policy and how insurance policyholders may respond to a reservation of rights letter.

William, who practices in the area of business litigation, was appointed for a two year term as Chair of the more-than 700 member section of attorneys who represent clients in civil litigation.

William O’Sullivan’s article, Business Litigation: 2015 in Review was published in the Connecticut Bar Journal, a publication of the Connecticut Bar Association, in December 2016. Bill’s recent submission of Business Litigation: 2016 in Review marks the seventh year that he has written an annual review of some of the leading business litigation cases decided by the Connecticut appellate courts.

Mr. McCormack was part of a three-attorney panel which addressed insurance law issues that arise in litigation under business liability and property insurance policies, personal liability policies, and professional liability policies.
