William O’Sullivan’s article, Business Litigation: 2015 in Review was published in the Connecticut Bar Journal, a publication of the Connecticut Bar Association, in December 2016. Bill’s recent submission of Business Litigation: 2016 in Review marks the seventh year that he has written an annual review of some of the leading business litigation cases decided by the Connecticut appellate courts.
